Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Cancellation
    You can request order cancellation within 14 working days from the date of dispatch. Cancellation is not possible once the parcel has been shipped. If you cancel after shipment, your order will be considered returned and 20% of the order value will be deducted before refund.
  2. Refund Eligibility
    You are eligible for a full refund if:
  • The parcel is not delivered within 14 working days from dispatch.
  • Any product breaks or is lost during transit.
  1. Partial Deduction Cases
    20% deduction from your order amount applies if:
  • You cancel the order on your own before 14 working days from dispatch.
  • The parcel is returned due to wrong address, incomplete address, or unreachable phone number.
  • You refuse to accept the parcel at delivery.
  1. Refund Process
    Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used during purchase. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  2. Important Notes
  • Make sure your address and phone number are correct at the time of placing the order. Errors in these details may lead to parcel return and partial deduction.
  • Delivery OTP is mandatory. If OTP cannot be received, refund will be processed after deducting 20% as return charges.
