Skip to content- We only ship in India. After your order confirmation, you will receive the shipping link within 4–5 working days on your registered email ID. Once your package is shipped, it usually takes 7–14 working days for delivery. Cancellation of the order is only possible within 14 working days from the date of dispatch. We cannot cancel the parcel once it has been shipped. If you do not receive the parcel within 14 working days from dispatch, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- Important: If your address or phone number is incomplete or incorrect, or if you cancel the parcel on your own before 14 working days from dispatch, your order will be returned and the refund will be processed after deducting 20% of the order amount. There is no guarantee of delivery partner call in case of incomplete address details.
- We support shipping all over India. Please enter only the city name in the “City” field during checkout. Do not enter your full address here. If incorrect details are entered, your parcel may be returned and 20% of the order value will be deducted before refund.
- Shipping is free across India for Ghee and Kesar. A shipping charge of ₹30 per product applies to Honey and Jaggery Powder.
- If any product breaks or is lost during transit, you are eligible for a full refund after verification.
- If you refuse to receive the product at the time of delivery, or if the parcel is returned due to wrong address or unavailability, 20% of the order value will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- Payment options include Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, Google Pay, and other online payment methods.

- Important: Delivery OTP is mandatory. If you are unable to receive the OTP due to inactive SIM, unreachable phone number, or wrong phone number, delivery will not be possible. The phone number cannot be changed after shipment. In such cases, refund will be processed after deducting 20% of the order amount as return charges.
- We cannot guarantee time-bound delivery as the courier company delivers as per their schedule and policies.
